Wild Rose was created as a custom piece for the Evergreen Estates condominium building in downtown Calgary, where it has hung since August 2024.

Approached by the building management team, I was tasked to create a large painted piece to hang in the newly renovated lobby that would greet residents as they came off the elevator.

Inspired by Alberta’s foothills landscapes and provincial flower, this acrylic and oil pastel piece brings life and softness to the lobby space. The abundance of green shades, and the custom stained frame align with the elegant feel of the renovated space.
